I discovered both climbing and photography as a teenager and since have rarely engaged in one without the other.  Growing up in the Seattle area has allowed me to make the Cascade Range my most common backdrop.

Climbing has been an important part of my own personal growth and helps me to stay sharp for the other sectors of my life. I'm a former member of the American Mountain Guides Association and have had the opportunity to guide professionally with groups as diverse as corporate executives to at-risk youth.
